Today is my second day at the gym, unfortunately I had college yesterday so i had to wait until today. Again I had a healthy breakfast and changed into suitable clothes before heading out to the gym. A while later I arrived and I was feeling a little more comfortable today and began my workout just as before, I did 30 minutes on the cardio equipment and then moved onto the weights. Today i decided I would do arms and abdominal weights to try to get rid of some fat and tone around my stomach and arms. It went really well today and I felt great afterwards, enjoying another protein shake as I returned home. Although it was only my second day i have a lot more confidence now than i ever had before. I am going to continue this routine and write further blogs in the future as I progress more.
Today was my first day at the gym. It was my day off college so I got up early had a healthy breakfast and got into my gym clothes. Half an hour later I arrived at the gym and went straight to the cardio equipment. I was new here so I knew I would get a few looks but I didn’t let that bother me, I just got on with my workout. I had looked up a good chest workout on my phone before I left, so after 30 minutes of cardio I did my workout. Finally I had a protein shake
and went home feeling the healthiest I had in a long time.
Today I was sat on the sofa, watching my favorite TV programe half into a tub of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and I had an epiphany. I realized I had put on a lot of weight and needed to look after myself more. So, later that evening i forced myself to go down to the gym as i knew I had to tone some of that horrible fat into muscle. I walked in and without hesitation I took out a 6 month membership. finally i replaced the food in my fridge for healthier, protein rich foods. Tomorrow is my first day at the gym and I cant wait. I will update my blog tomorrow after my first workout.
