day 3

Today is my second day at the gym, unfortunately I had college yesterday so i had to 5060161304855_280_idshot_3wait until today. Again I had a healthy breakfast and changed into suitable clothes before heading out to the gym. A while later I arrived and I was feeling a little more comfortable today and began my workout just as before, I did 30 minutes on the cardio equipment and then moved onto the weights. Today i decided I would do arms and abdominal weights to try to get rid of some fat and tone around my stomach and arms. It went really man with weight training equipment on sport gymwell today and I felt great afterwards, enjoying another protein shake as I returned home. Although it was only my second day i have a lot more confidence now than i ever had before. I am going to continue this routine and write further blogs in the future as I progress more.

day 2

Today was my first day at the gym. It was my day off college so I got up early had a healthy breakfast and got into my gym clothes. Half an hour later I arrived at the gym and went straight to the cardio equipment. I was new 5b664724cb034ad21f3cf9d850bbfff7here so I knew I would get a few looks but I didn’t let that bother me, I just got on with my workout. I had looked up a good chest workout on my phone before I left, so after 30 minutes of cardio I did my workout. Finally I had a protein shake

day 1

Today I was sat on the sofa, watching my favorite TV programe half into a tub ocaramel-chew-chew-detailf Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and I had an epiphany. I realized I had put on a lot of weight and needed to look after myself more. So, later that evening i forced myself to go down to the gym as i knew I had to tone some of that horrible fat into muscle. I walked in and without hesitation I took out a 6 month membership. finally i replaced the food in my fridge for healthier, protein rich foods. Tomorrow is my first day at the gym and I cant wait. I will update my blog tomorrow after my first workout.hqdefault
